Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
|
Serves as information and communications manager; plans and schedules meetings and appointments; organizes and maintains paper and electronic files; disseminates information through telephone, mail services, website and email; manages receipt and release of confidential information.

Community Support-Children/Adolescents Qualified Professional, Associate Professional
|
Providing services and supports to youth ages 6 to 17 and their caregivers as well as adults 18 and over in achieving rehabilitative, and recovery goals. Provide psycoeducational support to consumers and families identified as having mental health, and or substance abuse.

Level I QP: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human service field (especially Social Work, Counseling and Psychology). Must be able to qualify as a Qualified Professional (QP). Minimum two years working experience.

Community Support- Adults
Qualified Professional, Associate Professional |
The community support service for Adults will
provide services and supports to adults beginning at age 18 years in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, and recovery goals.

Qualified Professional Level I:
Bachelor's or preferably a master's degree in a human service field (especially Social Work, Counseling and Psychology). Must be able to qualify as a Qualified Professional (QP). Minimum two years working experience.

Outpatient Therapy
|
The outpatient therapist provides therapy services to children, adolescents and adults according to qualifications. The service is designed to meet the mental health/ substance abuse and recovery necessary to successfully address the consumer’s mental health, behavioral, educational, vocational, and housing needs.

Minimum Master's degree in a human service field (especially Social Work, Counseling and Psychology) from an accredited program.
License and/or certification Experience working with families and children in the home, office or residential setting.

Diagnostic Assessment

An intensive clinical and functional face to face evaluation of a recipients mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition that results in the issuance of a diagnostic assessment report with a recommendation regarding whether the recipient meets target population criteria, and includes an order for Enhanced Benefit services that provides the basis for the development of an initial Person Centered Plan.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist , MSW, Psych Associate or Counselor Minimum two years working experience.

Intensive In-Home Therapy
|
This is a time-limited intensive family preservation intended to stabilize the living arrangement, promote reunification or prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources for the identified youth through the age 20. These services are delivered primarily to children in their family’s home.
